Day 2 - Classroom is a wrap

Two days of learning in EXSM5513 has provided me with numerous tangible ideas to try and implement as part of projects underway at work and many others to consider with future projects. It has been an introduction to some tools to help put together analytics and research to consider when putting together a marketing plan. Although this is my first class, I think with review and further time to connect the dots I will have a greater understanding of Online Marketing.

I appreciated all the practical tips and best practices, especially on effective email campaigns. I can start applying this knowledge at my work immediately. Reviewing other companies' emails will help me to take a more critical look at the emails that I am sending. Thank you Jess!
